The Chapel
During their year of travel, Bill and Amy traveled the ring road in Iceland and were in awe of the rural farms that, due to necessity, had built chapels on their farms to worship without traveling. This magical chapel was built with the milled lumber from our trees and is quite possibly the only thatched chapel in the US. Colin and Duncan Mcghee of McGhee & Co. Roof Thatchers (www.thaching.com) spent over two weeks thatching the roof to bring a bit of Ireland to the farm. In July 2022, Bill’s 91-year-old dad, who is a pastor, blessed the chapel, and Amy and Bill renewed their wedding vows.
The chapel is available for rental for weddings, vow renewals, and memorial services of 40 guests or less. Please call Amy at 914-643-5178 for inquiries.
The Trinity Knot Stable/Riding Ring
The Stable and Riding Ring are available for small, intimate farm-to-table dinners. Our four-stall stable houses currently house our two equines, a tack, and a feed room.
